Bringing the Home Back to Life

We started with what we do best — painting and decorating. Every wall, door, and skirting board got some much-needed attention. The walls were covered in pen marks and scuffs, so we cleaned, sanded, and treated them properly before painting. A couple of rooms had small areas of damp, which we sorted out before applying a fresh coat of paint.

We used high-quality paints for a smooth finish that will stand up to everyday life. Once the walls were sorted, we moved on to the doors and woodwork, giving them a nice clean coat of satin to brighten things up. It’s amazing how much difference fresh paint makes — it completely changed the feel of the place.

Flooring, Carpets & Plumbing Touch-Ups

Next, we replaced some of the old, tired flooring and gave the carpets a deep clean. Years of use had left them dull, but a proper clean brought them back to life again.

While we were there, we also took care of a few plumbing jobs — nothing major, just those little fixes that make all the difference. By the time we’d finished, everything was working as it should and looking brand new.

The property looked completely refreshed — bright, clean, and ready for its next chapter. The landlord was over the moon, and it’s always satisfying to see that “wow” reaction when a client sees their home transformed.
