The tenant had left the property in a very poor condition, but the Southend Handyman team did an excellent job. They cleaned everything thoroughly, removed all the rubbish, replaced the flooring in one room with laminate, washed the carpets, repainted the walls, and fixed issues in the bathroom. Even the small details were done perfectly. A professional tradesman who takes pride in his work. We’re very pleased and highly recommend him.
Catalin was extremely punctual and very helpful with all the jobs I asked of him. Nothing was too difficult and he provided us with a reassurance that no job was too big or small all whilst ensuring the jobs were completed to our liking firstly.
