Rooms must be free of furniture for the below price list to be applied, extra cost might be incurred if we have to move furniture or cover it.
For large projects we can also offer daily rates or price per SQM.

- Single Bedroom - £100
- Double Bedroom (medium size) - £150-£200
- Living Room - £400-£500
- Kitchen - £150-£250
- Bathroom - £120-£200
OTHER SERVICES:
- Skirting Boards Painting - £5 / meter
- Wallpaper Removal - £50 / wall
does not include wall repairs
Painting service includes minor wall repairs and does NOT include painting any windows or doors.

SINGLE DOORS
- Fully wooden door - £80
- 1/2 glass, 1/2 wood door - £100
- 1/3 glass, 1/1 wood door - £120
DOUBLE DOORS
- Fully wooden door - £100
- 1/2 glass, 1/2 wood door - £120
- 1/3 glass, 1/1 wood door - £140
WINDOWS
- Single Window - £50
- Double Window - £75
- Triple Window - £100
